ScieMat Emballage was founded in 1986 by Mr. Leblond with a capital of 61 000 € (94 573$ USD).

The present manager, Mr. Charles Bollon, shareholder of the company since 1989, acquired the totality in November 2005.

The company is a member of the Union of Industrial Packaging (Syndicat de l'Emballage Industriel) since 1992 (SEI No. 96), and now has a dozen employees.
